.A fast-paced real estate investment company is looking to hire a full-time executive assistant to help manage a large team of virtual assistants and assist the CEO and Director in all company operations. We are looking for someone who we can hand off tasks with confidence that they will get done in a timely manner, updates will be provided without reminders, and the quality of work will be great.
Looking for an “A” player that will strive to outperform expectations and has a desire to learn. This position will require someone who can make decisions on their own, have limited instructions, and complete tasks by using their resources and critical thinking skills. Someone who can bring new ideas and suggestions to the team to improve company operations is optimal.
A solid grasp of the English language in terms of oral and written skills is required. The ability to proofread copy and marketing
Must be comfortable attending and participating in Zoo
Requirements:
Reliable Internet (and/or back up if needed)
Reliable power source (and/or back up if needed)
Computer with Camera for Zoo
Phone for Calls/Texts
Must be tech-savvy (good with computers and software like word/excel/etc, learning new website platforms, and troubleshooting/figuring things out
Must be punctual, organized, have effective time management skills & have a good attitude.
2 years of higher education (Associates Degree) or 2 years of experience as an assistant in a fast-paced environment
Real Estate experience preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Education Products
Proof-read
Test all marketing links/codes/emails/and flows before marketing is sent
Be responsible for EDU sales KPIs and reaching the set goal of sales per week
Manage a team of VAs and making sure they are hitting their goals and providing quality work
Bring new ideas to the team on product and service sales and how to improve the process
Send weekly reports on what product or service was sold with monetary information with a comparison to the goal set (showing if we hit or exceeded the goal)
Possible creation of education products
Real Estate Investing
Create marketing ads for properties to sell to help with dispositions
Manage Buyers VA to ensure the VA is hitting goals on adding new buyers to our list daily and directing the VA on what area and method to use to generate buyers
Pull seller lead marketing lists and skiptrace for the lead generation team. Ensure the team has enough leads to contact. Keep track of lists pulled so that duplicate lists aren't pulled too soon.
Keep an eye on inspection and closing dates, requesting extensions when needed
Keep an eye on new deals under contract to ensure they keep moving forward with arranging inspections
Management of Tea
Assist in the oversight of several VAs and Departments to keep the team on track and hit KPI goals
Generate ideas and ways to improve processes and increase sales
Display leadership and provide assistance as needed
Assist with leading meetings and taking meeting notes- assign tasks as needed to tea
Possible future coaching opportunities for VAs and clients
