Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support:
- Act as the President’s trusted partner, managing daily operations and assisting with both professional and personal tasks.
- Create and maintain organized, detailed spreadsheets and documents to track business and personal priorities.
- Keep track of appointments, deadlines, and commitments to ensure smooth scheduling.
2. Business Operations:
- Develop marketing strategies, manage drip campaigns, and build mailing lists.
- Organize and streamline workflows for the healthcare startup and private practice.
- Proofread all correspondence, reports, and materials before submission to ensure clarity and professionalism.
3. Tech Savviness:
- Use tools like ChatGPT and other AI solutions to research, solve problems, and enhance productivity.
- Demonstrate mastery of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and implement best practices for Google Drive organization.
4. Project Management:
- Oversee ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail.
- Coordinate initiatives that align with the President's vision and goals for the company.
Qualifications
1. Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive or Virtual Assistant, ideally in a healthcare or startup environment.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with poise and efficiency.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and other productivity tools.
