Job Title: Executive Assistant
This role requires a professional who can take full ownership of back-office operations, provide outstanding customer service, and streamline administrative processes to support the client’s growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Back-Office Management:
Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Manage data entry, file organization, and other critical documentation processes.
Optimize workflows and processes for efficiency.
Customer Service:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone,
Resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Track customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance satisfaction.
Operational Support:
Schedule and coordinate appointments and follow-ups.
Assist in managing vendor and contractor communications.
Maintain an organized calendar for the client, ensuring timely updates and reminders.
Reporting and Analysis:
Create and maintain detailed reports on operations, customer interactions, and task progress.
Analyze data to identify trends and recommend actionable strategies.
Project Coordination:
Handle special projects as assigned, ensuring deadlines are met.
Collaborate with tea
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first attitude.
Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and CRM systems.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Prior experience in the home services or similar industry is a plus.
Work Hours: 9am to 5:30pm EST
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
