Responsibilities:
•Utilize LinkedIn,
•Match highly qualified candidates to client job openings while maintaining regular follow-ups and strong relationships.
•Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and create targeted shortlists to streamline hiring.
•Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring continuous growth and opportunity tracking.
•Consistently achieve and exceed weekly performance targets.
Qualifications:
•3+ years of recruitment experience in the US market.
•Proven success in sourcing and placing US-based candidates for US clients.
•Experience recruiting for roles such as Surgical Techs, Sonographers, RNs, Directors of Nursing, and Nursing Home •Administrators is highly desirable.
•A strong track record of high performance, self-motivation, and a competitive drive.
•Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
Schedule:
•US Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM MST
