Excel Reporting for US based real Estate Firm

We need someone who is proficient in excel and is able to download reports from our accounting system and enter financial data to the worksheet that we will provide.

This is a part time job, with opportunity for more hours in the future if the work is done accurately, but for now its 5 hours a month on the 15th - 16th of each month.

Pay rate is $30 USD per month.
