Accounting Experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is independent,
proactive, and capable of managing their own desk efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.) to analyze financial and operational data.
• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy in accounting records.
• Track expenses, revenues, and financial trends to support business decisions.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and
procedures.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights for management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and automate tasks where possible.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security.

Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data validation, Power Query,
etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
preferred.
• Experience in retail accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
