Etsy Virtual Assistant + Pinterest Marketer

I am looking for a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage and grow my Etsy store and Pinterest presence. This position requires someone who can handle the day-to-day tasks of creating visually appealing content, optimizing Etsy listings, and driving traffic to our store through Pinterest.

*To start, you will be posting 190 Etsy listings on SaleSamurai. 1 listing will take approx. 10-20 mins to upload depending on your internet speed. For each successful listing upload, you will earn $0.52USD/listing.

Responsibilities:

Etsy Management:
- Create and design eye-catching listing photos.
- Use SaleSamurai to optimize Etsy listings by adding relevant tags, editing titles, and writing engaging descriptions.
- Upload and update listings, ensuring all content meets SEO standards and drives sales.

Pinterest Management:
- Design attractive mockup images for Pinterest.
- Add links, titles, and descriptions to Pinterest pins to direct traffic to the Etsy store.
- Schedule and post content regularly to grow the Pinterest audience and engagement.

General:
- Maintain consistent branding and aesthetic across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with Etsy and Pinterest trends to implement effective strategies.
- Collaborate to identify new opportunities for marketing and product promotion.

Additional Responsibilities:
- As proficiency is demonstrated in the core tasks, additional projects and responsibilities may be assigned to support growth initiatives.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with Etsy store management and product optimization.
- Familiarity with SaleSamurai (will be trained) or similar Etsy SEO tools.
- Strong design skills and experience creating listing photos and mockups (knowledge of tools like Canva or Photoshop is a plus).
- Basic understanding of Pinterest marketing and traffic generation.
- Excellent written communication skills for creating engaging titles and descriptions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with social media marketing, specifically Pinterest.
- Knowledge of Etsy best practices and algorithm updates.
- Creativity and passion for e-commerce.
