Etsy Store Assistant

Vimcast Media, LLC is seeking an organized, creative, and motivated Etsy Store Assistant to help create, launch and support a specialized Etsy marketplace tailored exclusively for authors. Our mission is to provide authors with thoughtfully curated writing materials, guides, unique gifts, author website solutions, and other valuable tools to enrich their writing journey.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup, launch, and day-to-day operations of an Etsy store specifically geared toward authors.

Conduct research to identify and source trending products and resources beneficial to authors, including journals, planners, writing prompts, author merchandise, gifts, and customizable website packages.

Support product listing creation with engaging descriptions, clear visuals, and optimized SEO.

Help manage inventory, supplier coordination, and order fulfillment processes.

Provide timely and professional customer service, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Monitor store performance analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Assist with social media, marketing initiatives, and promotional strategies to boost store visibility and traffic.

Collaborate closely with the Vimcast Media team to align store operations with company goals and brand identity.

Requirements:

Experience with Etsy or similar e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.

Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing basics, and social media management.

Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Enthusiasm for books, writing, and supporting the author community is strongly preferred.
