We run a successful Etsy shop specializing in print-on-demand products, primarily focused on custom and personalized designs for special occasions and family events. Our goal is to provide high-quality, unique products that customers love.

With nearly 8,000 sales and over 1,200 positive reviews from happy customers, we take pride in delivering top-notch designs and excellent customer service.

Who We Are Looking For

We need a Virtual Assistant who is:
• Organized – Can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Creative – Has an eye for aesthetics and can suggest improvements.
• Proactive – Takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
• Detail-Oriented – Notices the small things that make a big difference.
• Tech-Savvy – Comfortable working with different tools and platforms.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
• Customer Service – Responding to customer inquiries, handling order issues, and ensuring a smooth buying experience.
• Order Management – Processing and managing orders through our Print-on-Demand suppliers.
• Product Listings – Updating and optimizing titles, tags, and descriptions to improve visibility and drive sales.
• Graphic Design & Research – Conducting market research to identify trending designs, creating original designs, and uploading them to the shop. You should have a strong understanding of Etsy SEO to optimize listings for better rankings.
• Market Research – Analyzing competitor listings, trending niches, and best-selling designs to help the shop stay ahead.
• General Admin Tasks – Keeping things organized and running smoothly to ensure efficient operations.


Your Required Skills
• Excellent English communication – Both written and spoken.
• Customer service experience – Prior experience with Etsy, e-commerce, or print-on-demand is a plus.
• Advanced graphic design skills – Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required. You should be able to create original, high-quality designs that fit trending styles and customer preferences.
• Attention to detail – Catching mistakes before they happen and ensuring high-quality work.
• Experience with Print-on-Demand – Understanding how POD platforms work (Printify, Printful, etc.) is preferred but not required.

Position & Pay
• Job Type: Part-Time (with an opportunity to become Full-Time).
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
