Etsy Print On Demand Personalized Product Graphic Designer / Lister

We are a growing Print-On-Demand business with a strong presence on Etsy. Our store features unique, artistic designs tailored to our distinct style, and we're dedicated to staying ahead of trends in the market. We are looking for a talented Virtual Assistant (VA) who can contribute to our growth by creating fresh, on-brand designs, optimizing listings for search, and ensuring our store stays stocked with trendy, in-demand products


Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research:
* Conduct thorough research on Etsy and other marketplaces to identify current trends, top-selling products, and customer preferences.
* Analyze competitor stores to discover opportunities for differentiation.

2. SEO Optimization:
* Research and implement relevant keywords for product listings to improve search visibility.
* Write compelling product titles, descriptions, and tags optimized for SEO.

3. Design Creation:
* Create original, eye-catching designs aligned with our brand's artistic style and market trends.
* Use design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to develop high-quality graphics.

4. Product Listing Management:
* Use the 'Vela' software tool to streamline the product listing process.
* Upload new products to our Etsy store with all relevant information (images, titles, descriptions, tags, etc.).
* Ensure product listings are consistent, accurate, and appealing.


Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role in e-commerce.
* Strong background in market research and SEO optimization.
* Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
* Familiarity with Etsy's platform and listing processes.
* Experience using product management tools like Vela (preferred but not required).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills..
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
