We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Etsy Store Assistant. If you're experienced in running and managing Etsy stores and have a passion for eCommerce, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Listing Management:
- Create and upload new product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.
- Optimize existing listings for improved search visibility and conversion rates.
- Ensure listings comply with Etsy policies.

- Customer Support:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages and inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer cases or disputes effectively and courteously.

- Order Fulfillment:
- Process and fulfill orders, including generating and printing shipping labels.
- Ensure timely dispatch and accurate tracking of shipments.

- Store Operations:
- Monitor inventory levels and notify the team of low stock.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing Etsy storefront.

Qualifications:
- Fluent English (written and verbal communication is essential).
- Previous experience managing an Etsy store is required.
- Familiarity with Etsy tools and best practices, including SEO, customer service, and dispute resolution.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Reliable internet connection and the ability to work remotely.

Working Hours:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
- Monday to Friday, flexible within agreed-upon hours to ensure prompt response to customer inquiries.
