Are you an experienced Virtual Assistant with a passion for e-commerce, creativity, and AI-powered efficiency? Do you have a track record of successfully setting up and managing Etsy stores, handling every aspect of an online business from the ground up?

We’re looking for an exceptional VA to help launch and grow a novelty mug business on Etsy, using Teelaunch as the manufacturer. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a brand-new store and build it into a thriving success.

About the Role:
This role is perfect for someone who:
? Has extensive experience with Etsy, including setting up stores, optimizing product listings, SEO, and scaling sales.
? Is highly proficient in Canva and can create eye-catching, high-converting product images.
? Understands every aspect of e-commerce, from store setup to marketing, automation, and AI-powered tools.
? Is tech-savvy and resourceful, with a strong ability to research and implement best practices.
? Has excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
? Is highly responsive, proactive, and able to work independently.
? Has reliable internet with backup options and ideally has experience in a BPO, EA, or PA role.

What You’ll Be Doing:
???? Setting up the Etsy store, including branding, policies, and optimized product listings.
???? Creating high-quality product images using Canva.
???? Managing product uploads, descriptions, and SEO strategies to boost visibility.
???? Implementing AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
???? Handling customer service, order tracking, and basic admin tasks.
???? Helping automate processes and improve efficiency.
