Etsy Creative Director & Store Manager – Digital & Print-on-Demand Products

We are looking for a Creative Director & Etsy Store Manager with at least 3 years of experience designing and managing successful Etsy stores. Your role will be to research, design, and launch high-demand digital and print-on-demand (POD) products that can generate $1K+ per listing in monthly sales.

???? You will be responsible for:
?? Product Research & Trend Analysis – Identifying trending digital products & print-on-demand opportunities.
?? Digital Design & Product Creation – Designing wall art PNGs, planners, calendars, coloring books, and other digital downloads that are high-converting.
?? Print-on-Demand (POD) Product Development – Creating trending clothing, accessories, and home decor linked to automated fulfillment tools.
?? Etsy Store Setup & Optimization – Managing the entire storefront, from branding to product listings.
?? AI & Design Software Mastery – Expert-level knowledge of AI imaging tools, Canva Pro, Photoshop, and POD automation platforms.
?? Product Listing & SEO Optimization – Writing compelling product descriptions with high-ranking Etsy keywords.
?? Order Fulfillment & Customer Support – Ensuring smooth fulfillment and responding to customer inquiries professionally.
?? Scaling the Business – Working toward $10K+ in monthly profits while optimizing product performance.

???? What We’re Looking For
? 3+ years of proven Etsy experience designing & managing successful digital/POD stores.
? A strong portfolio of Etsy shops/products you’ve successfully grown.
? Deep understanding of AI design tools & automation (Canva Pro, MidJourney, DALL·E, Printify, Printful, etc.).
? Knowledge or Research tools and expert use in Everbee or Alura
? Ability to spot & create trending products with high profit potential.
? Great communication skills & ability to work independently.
? Knowledge of Etsy SEO, pricing strategies, and conversion optimization.
? Must be results-driven & goal-oriented—you should be excited to scale a store to $10K+/month in profits.
