Estimator/Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager with a strong background in construction and familiarity with industry-specific software like BuilderTrend and ConstructConnect. This role is pivotal to our company’s operations, ensuring accurate project estimations, efficient management of resources, and successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and our internal team.

Key Responsibilities:
Estimating & Budgeting: Use BuilderTrend and ConstructConnect to generate accurate project estimates, ensuring alignment with project goals and budgets.
Project Management: Oversee multiple construction projects from initiation to completion, coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources.
Client and Vendor Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors, maintaining clear and professional communication.
Documentation & Reporting: Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project schedules. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in construction project management and estimating, with familiarity in using:
- BuilderTrend
- ConstructConnect.
Construction Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
