About Us:
We are a leading provider of fire water storage tanks, inspections, and liners, serving clients across the USA. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator & Quotes Specialist to join our team remotely from the Philippines. The ideal candidate will work during USA business hours and play a key role in preparing accurate estimates, managing quotes, and handling our Pipedrive CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for fire water storage tanks, inspections, and liner projects.
Manage and update customer inquiries, quotes, and leads in Pipedrive CRM.
Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide timely quotations.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
Track and follow up on pending quotes to convert them into sales opportunities.
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to develop estimates.
Ensure all pricing and proposals meet company guidelines and industry standards.
Provide regular reports on quotes, conversion rates, and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in estimation and quoting for construction, industrial, or related sectors.
Experience with fire water storage tanks or similar products is a plus.
Proficiency in using Pipedrive CRM or similar sales management software.
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be available to work USA business hours (EST/PST).
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with tank materials, coatings, and industry-specific standards.
Background in construction, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
Experience with sales or business development in a technical field.
