Estimator / Quantity Surveyor – Full-Time Remote Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This role involves working closely with the business owner, based in Sydney, to assist with estimating residential, commercial, and civil projects.

Ideal Candidate:
- The successful applicant should have:
- 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying or estimating;
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills;
- High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word;
- Experience using Cubit and Bluebeam;
- Strong ability to interpret drawings and specifications;
- A solid understanding of Australian construction standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Detailed quantity take-offs and measuring using Cubit software;
- Estimating and rate building for various projects;
- Preparing submission documents for tenders;
- Post-contract administration, including payment claims and cost reports;
- Reviewing subcontractor quotes and preparing comparisons.
