Estimator (FABRICATION INDUSTRY)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ESTIMATOR to join our team in the fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in material take-offs, Bill of Materials (BOM), and estimating manpower hours for various fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Material Take-off: Accurately quantify materials required for fabrication projects from drawings and specifications.
2. Bill of Materials (BOM): Create and maintain comprehensive 3. Bills of Materials to ensure accurate ordering and inventory management.
4. Manpower Hours Estimation: Estimate and allocate manpower hours for various stages of the fabrication process, including:
Materials handling
-Welding
-Cutting
-Cleaning
-Installation

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an estimator in the fabrication industry.
2. Strong understanding of fabrication processes (welding, cutting, installation).
3. Experience in material take-offs and BOM preparation.
4. Ability to calculate and estimate accurate manpower hours for various tasks.
5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
6. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
