Job Title: Equipment Rental Coordinator

Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Summary/Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic and professional Equipment Rental Coordinator for our new business division. You will be part of a larger group of companies but you will have an autonomous role in developing sales, and dispatching drivers. As a rental coordinator you will be responsible for a variety of different functions including writting rental contracts, and managing logistics for the equipment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Cold Calling, appointment setter.
Increase sales by using a variety of marketing techniques.
Research potential clients and reaching out to offer our services
Contact potential clients via cold calling, email, and text.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Serving as the face of the organization to customers and vendors.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
Meet with contractors and guests warmly and professionally.
Maintain and update calendars and scheduling systems.
Develop optimal routes for drivers that optimizes the driving time while reducing costs.
Communicate schedules with drivers and customers.
Create weekly reports and dashboard that show sales and financial stats.
Setting goals and objectives for the team.
Maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Reporting to senior management on

College degree preferred.
Experience working as an office supervisor preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and visitors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent outbound calling skills, with the ability to engage potential clients and generate interest in our products/services.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills to deal with various types of personalities.
Professionalism and courteousness to create a positive customer experience.
Computer literacy for research and data entry
Positive attitude with lots of energy and a team-oriented spirit.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Physical Requirements:

Mathematical - Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, and decimals.
Reasoning - Ability to solve complex problems and reconciliations.
Language - Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, safety rules, manuals. Must be able to communicate with others to convey information effectively.
