Job Title: Entry-Level Electrical Engineer – Technical Support Specialist (Philippines)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Electrical Engineer with a passion for learning and understanding technical products, specifically two-way radios and communication systems. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a rapidly expanding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues related to two-way radios and related products.
Learn and master the operation, programming, and features of our radio products to offer expert advice.
Assist in creating technical documentation, manuals, and support resources for end-users.
Support the engineering team with product testing, setup, and maintenance as needed.
Respond to customer inquiries via
Pursue obtaining an Amateur Radio License in the Philippines (if not already licensed) to better support and understand customer needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of technical concepts and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Amateur Radio License (preferred) or willingness to obtain one.
Experience or familiarity with two-way radios, repeaters, or communication systems is a plus but not required.
