About the Role
Are you creative, detail-oriented, and organized? Do you have an eye for design, colors, trends, and engaging visuals? We’re looking for a trainable and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to help manage and grow our food blog’s social media presence using Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram through Tailwind and Canva.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working online, creating visually appealing content, and staying on top of social media trends.

Job Responsibilities
? Social Media Management – Plan, create, and schedule engaging content on Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram using Tailwind.
? Graphic Design – Design eye-catching images for social media using Canva.
? Trend Research – Stay up to date with trending images, colors, and styles for food and lifestyle content.
? SEO & Pinterest Optimization – Understanding SEO principles and knowing how to use Pinterest Trends, Pinterest Analytics, and keyword research tools to optimize posts for reach and engagement.
? Content Organization – Keep social media posts and schedules organized using Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Skills & Qualifications
? Proficiency in Canva & Social Media Platforms – Must have experience with Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook.
? Familiarity with SEO & Pinterest Optimization – Knowledge of Pinterest Trends Tools, Pinterest Analytics, and SEO best practices is helpful.
? Strong English Writing Skills – Must have C2-level mastery of English without AI assistance.
? Attention to Detail – Ability to follow branding guidelines and ensure accuracy in graphics and captions.
? Self-Motivated & Independent – Works well with clear tasks and takes initiative, but is not afraid to ask questions when needed.
? Quick Learner – Can follow video or written tutorials and adapt to new tools efficiently.
? Time Management – Ability to work flexible hours but with at least 1-2 hours of overlap with EST (GMT-5) for real-time communication via Slack or Zoom.
