Initially focusing on English and Spanish, we bridge cultural gaps and foster bilingual learning. Our mission is to spark a love for reading and learning in young minds, laying the foundation for lifelong multilingual literacy.
Job Summary:
Joining us as our first hire, you'll shape our operations, specializing in children's literature for early language development. We need a strategic thinker who can execute across content creation, contractor coordination, and marketing. You'll develop engaging content for ages 0 to 5 and support the founder with diverse projects. Ideal for a motivated individual passionate about project management and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Develop educational content for early learners.
* Research and present insights on processes and best practices.
* Plan and execute strategies aligned with our vision.
* Manage projects and coordinate with contractors.
* Optimize operational processes and marketing strategies.
* Support the founder with various projects as needed.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 8 years of professional experience, preferably in large and small companies.
* Excellent project management skills, preferably with project management software.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to research, propose, and implement new processes.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Skills:
* Background in children's educational content or language learning.
* Marketing experience.
Working Conditions & Flexibility:
* Available for ad-hoc calls from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Pacific Time.
* Additional hours may be required for projects 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Pacific Time, though infrequent.
* Must provide a reliable internet connection.
Type of Employment:
* Contract Role.
