Are you a data-driven marketing professional with a passion for email and social media?

The Growth League, a consultancy focused on the Home Services industry, is searching for a skilled and creative Email & Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role has the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate.

About You:

Proven experience with email marketing platforms, particularly Beehive.
Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Experience with AI lead generation and contact scraping services (a plus).
Working knowledge of CRM systems.
Familiarity with Zapier for marketing automation (ability to create Zaps).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A proactive and results-oriented approach.
Proven work experience in email marketing and social media management.


What You'll Do:

Collaborate on crafting email marketing campaigns and take on more responsibility as you learn our writing style.
Manage the transition of our email marketing platform from MyEmma to Beehive.
Implement existing social media marketing strategies across key platforms and identify opportunities for improvement.
Utilize AI lead generation and contact scraping services to find potential customers.
Maintain and optimize our CRM system for smooth customer relationship management.
Leverage Zapier to automate marketing workflows and processes.
Edit and publish short-form video content with CapCut or similar tools for social media platforms.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn (bonus skill).
