Email Marketing and Automation Specialist

We are seeking an Email Marketing and Automation Specialist to design, execute, and optimize email campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions. This role will focus on setting up systems, automating workflows, and ensuring seamless integration of marketing platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to support lead nurturing and customer retention.
- Implement automation workflows for follow-ups, lead scoring, and segmentation using platforms like Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) or similar tools.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling email copy aligned with the Safety-Verse brand.
- Analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize strategies for improved ROI.
- Integrate email marketing efforts with other marketing tools and platforms to create a cohesive ecosystem.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation.
- Expertise in using platforms like Keap or similar marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Hubspot, ActiveCampaign)
- Knowledge with Intercom is a plus.
- Strong technical skills in automation setup and platform integration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
