About Us:
We are a dynamic marketing agency that specializes in working with brands in restricted advertising spaces. Our focus is on helping DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands scale through impactful email marketing and paid social ads, particularly Meta ads. We’re seeking an experienced Email Marketing Strategist to join our team and help take our clients’ email marketing to the next level.

Position Overview:
As our Email Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing email campaigns for a diverse set of clients. You will be directly involved in strategy development, campaign execution, and the design of high-converting email templates. This role requires someone with a keen understanding of Klaviyo, a deep background in email marketing strategy, and the ability to manage high-volume campaigns while maintaining excellent quality and results.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns for our DTC Ecom clients, ensuring the delivery of personalized, high-converting emails that align with brand objectives.
· Utilize Klaviyo to build, segment, and execute automated email flows (including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase sequences, etc.).
· Must have full proficiency in Figma – Create and design visually engaging, user-friendly email templates using Figma, ensuring that designs are in line with client branding and best practices.
· Handle at least 50 email campaigns per month, working efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality.
· Collaborate with the creative and copywriting teams to produce compelling email content that drives results.
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data to refine and improve future campaigns.
· Implement best practices in email marketing, including deliverability optimization, A/B testing, and list growth strategies.
· Write or oversee copywriting for emails, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and drives conversions in the DTC Ecom space.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, especially in restricted advertising markets, and recommend new tactics or strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:
· Full proficiency in Figma design – Must be able to create, modify, and optimize email templates and designs in Figma, with a strong eye for visual details.
· Expert-level knowledge of Klaviyo – Must have hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including setting up complex flows, segmentation, and analytics.
· At least 5 years of experience in email marketing, including a proven track record of success in the DTC Ecom space (with portfolio).
· Strong copywriting skills – Ability to write compelling, engaging, and conversion-focused email copy specifically for DTC Ecom brands.
· Proven ability to manage a high volume of email campaigns – Ability to handle at least 50 email campaigns per month without compromising quality or performance.
· Must be proficient in English, with expert-level communication skills (native proficiency preferred, but not required).
· Experience in the DTC Ecom space – Previous work with brands in fast-paced, high-growth environments is essential.

Bonus Skills:
· Experience working with 7-figure per year DTC Ecom brands – Knowledge of the challenges and strategies required to scale large Ecom businesses.
· Experience with the cannabis, sexual wellness, or other restricted ad space markets – Familiarity with the unique nuances of marketing in regulated industries is a plus.
