Email Marketing Specialist for Klaviyo Campaigns and Flows (Design and Text Implementation)

We are an agency with a diverse client base seeking an Email Marketing Specialist who can implement email designs and copy directly into Klaviyo. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing email flows and campaigns, with a strong eye for design and the ability to ensure the seamless integration of text and visuals.
Responsibilities:
Set up and implement email marketing campaigns and flows in Klaviyo.
Upload and format designs created in Canva or Figma directly into Klaviyo templates.
Input and style email copy to ensure it aligns with the visual design and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the design and copywriting teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Optimize email layouts for mobile and desktop responsiveness.
Conduct A/B testing and apply email marketing best practices to improve campaign performance.
Monitor and troubleshoot campaign performance to ensure flawless execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with Klaviyo, including setting up email flows and campaigns.
Ability to integrate designs and text into Klaviyo templates with attention to detail.
Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Figma.
Knowledge of HTML for basic template customization is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and adapt to client needs.
Understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation and personalization.
