Email Marketing Specialist (Mailchimp)

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to:

Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
Design, test, and optimize email templates to ensure high engagement rates.
Manage subscriber lists and segment audiences effectively.
Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate via Skype during work hours for guidance and feedback.
Work Schedule:

Part-time, Monday to Thursday
5:30 PM - 9:30 PM Sydney time
Must be available for Skype calls during these hours
