We're searching for a Digital Marketing Designer who can balance creativity with marketing effectiveness. The content you produce will be sent directly to some of the worlds top athletes (think F1 racers and NBA players). You'll be working directly with the Creative Director on marketing emails and presentations. They'll be mentoring you - so this is an awesome opportunity to grow your skills!

Role Responsibilities:
* Use Figma to design visually compelling emails that align with our brand identity
* Work within Upgrade to see actual info to create and manage email campaigns
* Implement email designs in HTML (basic HTML)
* Use Canva to create high-quality presentations for our customers and investors
* Assist with presentation copywriting
* Assist with email copywriting

Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive salary: PHP 65,000 per month, paid bi-weekly
* Quarterly performance bonus: PHP 9,000
* 15 days paid vacation
* Regular paid Philippines public holidays

Hours:
* 9am - 6pm UK (mid-shift)

Competencies:
* High-quality product and website design skills, demonstrated by a strong portfolio
* Exceptional design sensibility with a keen eye for typography, branding, and visual storytelling
* Experience with Figma for design collaboration and file organization
* Basic proficiency in HTML for email formatting
* Proficiency in Canva for creating compelling presentations
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work within structured design files
* Bonus: Ability to write clear and engaging marketing copy
* Bonus: Experience designing website and apps with Figma
* Bonus: Familiarity with Upgrade to see actual info or similar email marketing software
