Job Purpose
The Email Marketing Specialist will plan, develop, and execute TrustNet’s email marketing campaigns, which engage B2B prospects, nurture leads, and drive conversions for high-value accounts.
This role requires close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to deliver highly personalized, targeted emails that support demand generation and account-specific engagement for cybersecurity and compliance services.

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager with expertise in HubSpot and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to drive our B2B email marketing initiatives. This role will focus on creating and executing targeted email campaigns that engage prospects, nurture leads, and drive conversions for high-value accounts in the cybersecurity and compliance services sector.



Job Duties


Email
Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement email marketing strategies aligned with B2B objectives

Design and execute segmented campaigns targeting specific buyer personas

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create personalized email workflows



Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Email Campaigns:

Partner with sales to develop account-specific email campaigns

Leverage ABM data to create tailored content addressing account-specific needs

Track and optimize email performance for ABM initiatives




Email
Content Creation & Personalization:

Craft compelling email copy for technical audiences

Personalize messages using dynamic content and behavioral data

Ensure brand consistency across all email communications



HubSpot Expertise:

Utilize HubSpot’s full capabilities for email marketing and ABM

Implement advanced HubSpot features for segmentation and personalization

Integrate HubSpot with other marketing tools and CRM systems



Performance Tracking and Optimization:

Monitor key email metrics and conduct A/B testing

Analyze campaign impact on lead nurturing and revenue generation

Provide regular reports and insights to leadership



Lead Nurturing & Automation:

Develop nurturing sequences guiding prospects through the buyer’s journey

Create automated drip campaigns on cybersecurity topics

Align email content with broader marketing efforts



Required Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

3-5 years of B2B email marketing experience, preferably in technology or cybersecurity

Strong expertise in HubSpot and its email marketing capabilities

Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies

Proficiency in email automation and CRM systems

Excellent writing skills with ability to create compelling B2B content

Strong analytical skills for data-driven campaign optimization

Knowledge of cybersecurity industry challenges and compliance standards

Experience with email performance tracking, analytics, and A/B testing to optimize campaigns.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.



Preferred Skills:

HubSpot certifications

Experience with ABM platforms and their integration with email marketing

Understanding of email compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)

Basic design skills for email templates.
