Responsibilities

• eCommerce Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and effective email designs that align with our clients’ brand aesthetics and marketing goals.
• Klaviyo Updates: Manage and update clients’ Klaviyo accounts, ensuring email templates are optimized for performance and visual appeal.
• Email Campaign Development: Design and develop exciting, brand-building email creative that captures attention and drives engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all email campaigns are cohesive with broader marketing strategies.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously improve email design and layout based on performance analytics and client feedback.
• Asset Management: Maintain and organize design assets to ensure they are easily accessible and up-to-date.

Required Skills & Experience

• Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop: 3 years of experience in creating and editing high-quality graphics.
• Klaviyo: 2 years of experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns.
• eCommerce Marketing: 3 years of experience in designing and executing eCommerce marketing strategies.
• Creativity: Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze email performance data and make informed design adjustments.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
