Responsibilities

Email
Campaign Management:
Create, test, and execute email campaigns using [email marketing tools, e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot].
Develop engaging email content and ensure proper segmentation and personalization.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Funnel Support:
Assist in setting up and managing marketing funnels using platforms like ClickFunnels or Mighty Networks.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues within the funnels.
Optimize funnel performance by analyzing data and suggesting improvements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align email and funnel strategies with overall marketing goals.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Reporting:
Provide detailed performance reports for email campaigns and funnels.
Use analytics tools to track and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
Proven experience in email marketing and funnel setup/management.
Proficiency with email marketing tools like [list tools relevant to your tech stack].
Familiarity with funnel platforms such as ClickFunnels or Mighty Networks.
Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
Excellent written English and attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for email customization.
Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
