We are looking for a remote Email Marketing & Design Specialist to join our small, friendly team. We currently have a team of 10 staff based remotely across the Philippines and are looking for a long-term teaUpgrade to see actual infomber.

About the Role
We’re seeking a creative and skilled email marketer to design and run weekly Mailchimp campaigns and assist with general design tasks. This is a long-term freelance role requiring availability for one day per week during UK working hours.

Key Responsibilities
Create and send one professional Mailchimp campaign per week
Design engaging email templates (drag-and-drop or custom HTML)
Write compelling email copy to boost open rates and conversions
Manage audience segmentation, automation, and A/B testing
Optimize emails for desktop and mobile
Assist with general design tasks (social media graphics, marketing assets, etc.)

Requirements
Proven experience with Mailchimp (campaign setup, automation, segmentation)
Strong email design skills (Mailchimp templates or HTML/CSS)
Excellent English writing for engaging copy
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
Reliable and available one day per week (UK hours)
