Part-Time Email Marketing Campaign Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking an organized and results-driven Email Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team part-time. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that engage our audience, increase brand awareness, and drive conversions. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that email content aligns with our broader marketing goals and brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and drip campaigns.
Collaborate with the team to create compelling email content that aligns with our brand and business objectives.
Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics to ensure targeted and relevant messaging.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
A/B test subject lines, email content, and layouts to improve campaign effectiveness.
Ensure emails are optimized for both desktop and mobile viewing.
Maintain compliance with email marketing best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
Manage the email marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Maintain and update email lists, removing inactive subscribers and ensuring data accuracy.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in email marketing and campaign management (experience with ActiveCampaign required).
Strong copywriting skills with an ability to create engaging, high-converting email content.
Analytical mindset with experience in measuring email campaign success and making data-driven improvements.
Familiarity with email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
Strong project management and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Hours & Compensation:
This is a part-time role with flexible hours, approximately 10 hours per week.
Compensation will be based on experience.
