Inbox Manager (also called Recruitment Outreach Specialist).

Role Overview
We are Antice, a recruitment agency, we provide staff/employees to U.S. companies. We ask our clients what type of staff they're looking to hire (example: salespeople, operational people, etc.) and we then find those people, make sure they're qualified, and then introduce them to our clients for a fee.

We do email outreach to gain new clients. You will manage and monitor a high number of cold email inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses to leads and prospects. This role is critical in helping us maintain strong communication and building a positive first impression with potential clients.

We will setup email inboxes with your name (example: Sarah Lopez if your name is Sarah Lopez): and we will send emails automatically to thousands of U.S. companies each day (mostly CEOs, founders, etc.) to ask if they’re looking for staff to hire, and to explain that we can provide them staff/employees if they need.

Example of an email that might be sent from one of the email accounts in your name:

"Subject: is ACME company currently hiring?

Hi John,

This is Sarah, I’m emailing you to see if your company ACME is currently hiring? We provide staff for companies like yours.

Those emails will be sent automatically from email inboxes in your name. Interested leads will reply saying they’re interested and you will reply to them quickly to try to have them book a call with our team on our calendar.

You will mostly use pre-defined templates that you just need to copy/paste, but you might have to personalize some replies sometimes.

Leads that are not interested will reply saying they are not interested, you will simply mark them as not interested and/or block them.

The goal of your email replies will be to book calls with our team, so we can present (and ultimately sell) our recruitment services to those leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple email inboxes daily, ensuring no response is missed.
- Reply to email responses using pre-set templates and personalization where necessary.
- Follow-up to leads that need follow-up.
- Categorize and organize email replies (e.g., interested, follow-up needed, not interested).
- Escalate hot leads or important queries to the appropriate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Track and document all email activity for reporting purposes.
- Perform a short daily report summarizing email activities and trends.
- Report to the manager.

Requirements
- Excellent written English skills (must be fluent and professional).
- Able to reply to emails very quickly, we strive for less than 5 minutes reply time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to personalize responses.
- Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work during the specified hours.
- Excellent ability to follow instructions.
- Okay spoken english: you won’t be doing any calls with clients so there isn’t a high level of oral English required, but you will have regular calls with your manager and team so you must be able to understand and be understood by them.

Salary / Working Hours
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Philippines Time, with a 1:00 AM - 2:00 AM break.

Salary: Monthly $500 up to $1000+ ($500 base salary + 5% commission on each deal we close that comes from one of your emails. Average monthly commission should be between $100 and $500+).
