We’re seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Email Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a passion for design, a solid understanding of email marketing best practices, graphic design and proficiency in at least one Email Service Provider (ESP).

Key Responsibilities
Design & Production: Develop visually captivating email templates using tools like Canva and Figma, as well as directly within platforms such as Ontraport and Yotpo, to support promotional campaigns, newsletters, and automated email flows. Stay updated on the latest email design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into new templates to keep campaigns fresh and engaging.


Email
Platform Expertise: Build, test, and schedule email campaigns in at least one ESP (e.g., Klaviyo, Yotpo, or Ontraport).
Brand Consistency: Ensure all email designs align with Glow Natural Wellness’ branding guidelines, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all communications.
A/B Testing: Collaborate with the marketing team to test subject lines, CTAs, layouts, and design elements for optimal performance.
Optimization: Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, etc.) and refine designs based on data-driven insights.
Mobile Responsiveness: Ensure all email designs are mobile-friendly and render seamlessly across devices and email clients.
Creative Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to translate concepts into impactful email designs.
Asset Management: Organize and manage creative assets, including graphics, photos, and reusable design components.
HTML Knowledge (Optional, but a Plus): Familiarity with basic HTML for troubleshooting design or formatting issues within email platforms.
Copywriting Skills: Create compelling, on-brand copy for email campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows.Use tools like ChatGPT to generate and refine copy while ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and tone.

What You’ll Bring
Experience with Email Platforms: Proficiency in at least one ESP (e.g., Klaviyo, Yotpo, Ontraport, or similar).
Proficiency in Design Tools: Advanced skills in Canva and Figma are a must.


Email
Marketing Expertise: Understanding of email design best practices, including layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Tech-Savviness: Ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools as needed.
Detail Orientation: A strong eye for detail and ability to ensure pixel-perfect designs.
Adaptability: Willingness to adjust designs quickly based on feedback and evolving priorities.
Creativity: A knack for bringing fresh ideas to the table while staying aligned with the brand's voice and aesthetic.
Basic HTML Skills (Optional): Knowledge of HTML and CSS for minor edits or troubleshooting.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate design rationale.

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in email and graphic design.
Experience working with wellness, health, or lifestyle brands is a bonus.
Knowledge of multiple ESPs (e.g., Klaviyo, Yotpo, or Ontraport) is a plus.
Familiarity with email automation and segmentation strategies.
Understanding of email accessibility standards and best practices.
