With a focus on impactful communication and maximizing reach, we’re searching for a dedicated **Email Deliverability Expert** to oversee the entire email deployment process across four companies.

**Role Overview:**
We’re looking for an experienced professional who can take full ownership of our email operations. From ensuring emails land in inboxes, not spam, to managing technical setups and crafting high-performing campaigns, this role is for someone who understands email marketing inside and out.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Email Deployment:** Plan, schedule, and execute email campaigns for four distinct companies.
- **Deliverability Optimization:** Monitor and improve email deliverability rates using best practices.
- **Email Infrastructure:** Set up, maintain, and optimize email infrastructure (e.g., DKIM, SPF, DMARC, and IP warm-ups).
- **List Management:** Manage, segment, and clean email lists to maintain high engagement rates.
- **Content Coordination:** Work with content creators and designers to ensure email templates align with brand guidelines.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Analyze email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, etc.) and recommend improvements.
- **Compliance:** Ensure all email campaigns comply with laws and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- **A/B Testing:** Run tests to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs for better performance.
- **Tool Management:** Use and optimize email marketing platforms (e.g., Beehiiv, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, etc.).

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience managing email campaigns for multiple brands or businesses.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability factors and tools (e.g., Postmaster Tools, Litmus, Email on Acid).
- Expertise in email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Experience with segmentation, list hygiene, and database management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with various email marketing platforms and CRMs.

**Preferred Skills:**
- Knowledge of copywriting and design principles for email marketing.
- Experience with email automation and workflows.
- Familiarity with SMS marketing and integrations.
