Email Automation Setup (Klaviyo + Zapier) – Quick One-Time Task for E-commerce Brand

Hi!

I’m looking for a skilled freelancer to set up a simple Klaviyo + Zapier automation for my cosmetics brand (French market).

???? This is a one-time task, but if everything goes well, I may have other automations to set up later and possibly long-term work.

Here’s what I need:

???? Objective:
Create a smart post-purchase flow to:
• Collect customer feedback via a Google Form
• Filter satisfied customers based on a question in the form
• Send them an email asking to leave a review on Trustpilot

? Scope:
1. Create a Klaviyo flow:

• Day 5 after purchase ? send an email with the Google Form link
• Collect satisfaction score (e.g. “Are you satisfied? Yes / No”)
• Day 7 ? send Trustpilot review email only to satisfied customers

2. Connect Google Form to Klaviyo via Zapier:

• When a customer submits the form, apply a “satisfied” tag in Klaviyo
• Automate the Trustpilot email sending

3. Test everything to make sure it works 100%
