Your Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution – Build and execute a content strategy to explode growth across all platforms.
Data Analysis & Optimization – Track KPIs, analyze trends, and A/B test content for maximum impact.
Viral Content Creation – Oversee content creation that stops the scroll, drives engagement, and builds loyal audiences.
Repurposing & Distribution – Take one piece of content and make it live everywhere in the most effective way.
Team Leadership – Manage editors, writers, and content creators to execute at the highest level.

Requirements
Proven track record – Must have grown 10+ personal brands to 100K+ across all platforms.
Deep platform expertise – Mastery of X, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok algorithms.
Tools & Tech – Proficiency in analytics tools, editing software, and content scheduling platforms.
