Elementor WordPress and SEO VA (Part-Time) – Long-Term Role

We’re a functional and holistic medicine practice looking for a WordPress Virtual Assistant with strong experience in Elementor and SEO optimization. This is a part-time, long-term role with the potential to grow. You’ll help us build and edit landing pages, course pages, lead magnet opt-ins, and more as well as optimize SEO.

Your Role Will Include:
Building and updating pages using Elementor
Formatting copy and images (provided)
Ensuring mobile responsiveness and clean layout
Embedding forms and popups
Implementing email sequences in ActiveCampaign
Light design edits using Canva or existing templates
Troubleshooting minor layout bugs or plugin conflicts
Occasional updates to menus and footers

Requirements:
2+ years WordPress experience
Strong Elementor skills (please send examples)
Experience with responsive design and SEO
Detail-oriented with a clean design eye
Great English communication
Reliable and proactive
Bonus Experience: Active Campaign

Working Hours:
Part-time (10–15 hours/week)
Flexible schedule with overlap to EST preferred
