We are looking for a highly efficient, detail-oriented, and proactive Education Marketing & Virtual Assistant to help us expand our reach, generate leads, engage with customers, and support our daily operations.
This is a dynamic and multi-faceted role where you will be responsible for a mix of marketing, lead generation, customer service, administrative tasks, and tutor onboarding support. You must be a fast learner, highly organized, and familiar with the education industry.

Role Overview
As an Education Marketing & Virtual Assistant, you will help drive marketing efforts, social media growth, lead generation, customer engagement, and administrative operations. This role requires someone who can execute tasks efficiently, follow instructions precisely, and adapt to new challenges quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
1?? Marketing & Social Media Management
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media and make blog posts (Instagram,
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage community interaction.

- Research and implement growth strategies to increase brand presence.

2?? Lead Generation & Outreach
- Find and compile lists of potential leads for cold calling and outreach.
- Research and identify new customer acquisition channels.
- Assist in writing outreach messages and
- Monitor lead engagement and track progress in CRM.
3?? Customer Service & Tutor-Student Coordination
- Handle basic customer inquiries via various communication channels.
- Occasionally call parents and tutors to confirm lessons, handle inquiries, and assist with onboarding.
- Support in matching students with tutors based on availability and subject expertise.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to increase retention and referrals.
4?? General Virtual Assistant & Administrative Tasks
- Organize and optimize company files, documents, and workflows.
- Assist in creating educational materials, worksheets, and tutor resources.
- Help with blog updates and writing content.
- Support the CEO and team in various admin and operational tasks.

What We’re Looking For:
?? Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, lead generation, customer service, or virtual assistance.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Experience with social media management
- Design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using CRMs, automation tools, and
- Must be EXTREMELY efficient, hardworking, dedicated, adaptable, and passionate.
?? Preferred (but not required):
- Familiarity with the education industry (tutoring, schools, student services).
- Experience handling customer service calls and inquiries.
