Ecommerce/Executive Manager who speaks Italian and English

For a possible new line of business I am looking for a person to interface with me personally and then with a team, to be totally built...
After a year of inactivity I would like to dropshipping in the fashion sector again.
I need a manager who will take care of everything, keep the company on track, interface with me on a daily basis and make sure I bring results.
I am looking for someone who speaks Italian (I am Italian) and English in most cases...
