Ecommerce ads video editor

We're looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented full-time video editor to join our team. If you're passionate about creating scroll-stopping UGC/AI-powered ads or engaging VSLs that convert, this could be the perfect fit.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
Editing high-performing UGC/AI-style ads and/or Video Sales Letters (VSLs) for paid social campaigns (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Collaborating with our creative and marketing teams to bring winning scripts to life

Optimizing videos for performance, retention, and conversions

Staying up to date with ad trends and editing styles that drive results

Translating and editing winning scripts into Spanish (if fluent)

???? Compensation:
Base salary: $750/month (full-time)

Performance bonus: $500 for every ad you edit that exceeds $10,000 in ad spend

???? Bonus Points If You:
Speak and write fluent Spanish

Have experience editing for direct-response marketing or performance creatives

Are familiar with AI tools, motion graphics, or sound design

???? Requirements:
Proven editing skills with a strong portfolio of paid ads or VSLs

Full-time availability (40 hours/week)

Fast turnaround time and ability to take feedback

Proficiency with editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
