Ecommerce Virtual Assistant - Product Listings

We’re hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant specializing in product listings for our established ecommerce business. Training is provided, and we welcome applicants with varying experience levels. Applicants with SEO and product listings experience is a plus.

You'll be part of our close-knit Filipino team of Virtual Assistants and Graphic Designers, where we foster a respectful and caring work environment – as demonstrated by our long-term staff retention. Many of our team members have been with us for 3–5 years.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Product Listings & SEO: Conduct strategic keyword research and optimize product listings to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
- Research: Stay ahead of market trends and analyze competitors.
- Order Processing: Ensure accurate order processing and coordinate with suppliers for timely fulfillment.
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Work Hours: Philippines day-shift PH office hours, Mon-Fri.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- 30 years or older.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and customer service, preferably in marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy or eBay.
- Proficient in SEO and product listing optimization, with the ability to identify targeted keywords for titles and descriptions.
- Strong analytical skills for competitor and market research.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented - this role involves order processing and proofreading, so DO NOT APPLY if you are not meticulous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Creative thinker with an ability to provide out-of-the-box solutions.
- Excellent, genuine written English (C2 level required). AI-assisted responses are not accepted.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including specific formulas.
- Willingness to put in extra hours when needed.
- Fast worker who can handle high workloads during peak periods.
- Team player with a reliable internet connection for remote work.
