Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our team with reporting, data entry, and automation. This role is crucial in ensuring that our performance data is well-tracked, structured, and actionable for the team. If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient with spreadsheets and automation tools, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Data Management:
- Collect, organize, and update data in Google Sheets
- Generate Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta Ads reports
- Assist with campaign performance tracking
- Ensure all data is accurate and up to date

- Automation & Process Optimization:
- Set up and manage automated reporting dashboards
- Identify ways to streamline manual tasks using automation tools
- Work with the team to improve reporting efficiency

- Platform-Specific Reporting:
- Extract and consolidate data from Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify
- Create weekly and monthly reports with insights
- Track key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CVR, and revenue trends

Who You Are
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, automation)
- Experience with Shopify analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads dashboards
- Familiar with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Google App Script is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently
