Ecommerce Brand Launch & Growth Manager

About the Role:
I'm John (@johnspeds)—an ecommerce entrepreneur who has successfully launched multiple brands, generating over $10M+ in revenue last year. Now, I’m looking for an ambitious Ecommerce Brand Launch & Growth Manager to help launch, scale, and manage new ecommerce brands under my portfolio.

This role is perfect for someone who understands brand building, digital marketing, and Shopify growth strategies—and wants to be part of a fast-moving, AI-powered ecommerce ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:
? Brand Launch & Growth: Oversee the end-to-end launch of new ecommerce brands, from concept to execution.
? Shopify Store Development: Work with designers & developers to set up high-converting Shopify stores.
? Ad Strategy & Scaling: Collaborate with media buyers to test & scale ads on Meta, TikTok, Google & more.
? Product Research & Sourcing: Identify high-potential products & coordinate with suppliers for fast execution.
? Influencer & UGC Strategy: Work with creators to generate viral content that drives conversions.
? Email/SMS Marketing: Develop retention strategies to increase CLV & maximize profitability.
? AI & Automation: Implement AI-powered tools to streamline operations and decision-making.

What I’m Looking For:
???? Proven experience in ecommerce, brand management, or DTC marketing (Shopify experience is a must).
???? Strong understanding of paid media, CRO, funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.
???? Data-driven mindset—comfortable analyzing metrics & making growth decisions.
???? Experience in UGC, influencer marketing, and community building is a big plus.
? Self-starter, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
