Position Title: Expert Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and creating content for our social media channels, promoting Iron Built Games, and enhancing the Iron Built Lifting Club's online presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent storytelling abilities, and a passion for fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
- Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content (videos, images, articles) for social media platforms, including Instagram,
- Create content that promotes Iron Built Games and highlights events, participants, and key
- Produce content that showcases the Iron Built Lifting Club, its members, achievements, and club activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand strategy and goals.
2. Social Media Management:
- Manage and monitor all social media accounts, ensuring timely and engaging interactions with the audience.
- Schedule and publish content across various platforms, maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
3. Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and membership growth.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously improve content performance.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
4. Community Engagement: - Foster a strong online community by engaging with followers, encouraging user-generated content, and hosting interactive sessions (Q&A, live workouts, etc.).
- Highlight member success stories and testimonials to build a sense of community and motivate potential members.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with fitness trainers and members to create authentic and inspiring content.

1. Content Engagement:
- Achieve a minimum of 10% engagement rate on social media posts.
- Increase video views and completion rates by 20% quarterly.
2. Follower Growth:

3. Brand Awareness:
- Increase brand mentions and hashtags by 25% quarterly.

- Effectively promote Iron Built Games and the Iron Built Lifting Club, increasing participation and membership.
- Enhance the overall brand presence and recognition across all social media platforms.
4. Data-Driven Strategy:
- Utilize social media analytics to inform content strategies and improve performance.
- Regularly report on social media metrics and provide insights for ongoing optimization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Content Creator, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software).
- Passion for fitness and a deep understanding of the fitness community.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
