We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Virtual Assistant, preferably with experience in sales within a law firm setting. The ideal candidate will assist in lead generation, client follow-ups, and data management while helping to identify trade show attendees and engaging clients through
Responsibilities:
-Use Excel to organize, analyze, and manage lead and client data.
-Conduct follow-ups with existing and potential clients via
-Research and identify trade show attendees for outreach and lead generation.
-Input and maintain client information in ZOHO CRM or similar platforms.
-Assist with drafting and sending simple, professional
-Support sales efforts by identifying potential leads and converting them into opportunities.
-Coordinate gestures like Edible Arrangements to strengthen client relationships.
-Track and report progress on outreach and lead generation efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in a sales role, ideally within a law firm or legal services industry.
-Proficiency in ZOHO CRM or similar CRM tools.
-Strong Excel skills for data management and reporting.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-High level of organization and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
