Job Summary:

The Integrator serves as the chief operating officer (COO) or equivalent in a business structured around the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or similar framework. This individual is responsible for translating the company’s vision into actionable plans, ensuring operational alignment, managing team accountability, and driving results. The Integrator will partner closely with the Visionary (e.g., CEO or Founder) to achieve business objectives and ensure seamless execution across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership
• Work with the Visionary to define and execute the organization’s strategic goals.
• Align all business functions with the company’s vision and values to ensure consistent messaging and implementation.
• Act as the primary decision-maker for day-to-day operational challenges, escalating issues to the Visionary only when necessary.

Operational Execution
• Oversee company operations, ensuring all teams and departments are aligned and working toward common goals.
• Drive the execution of quarterly and annual business plans (Rocks) and maintain accountability for results.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.

Team Accountability
• Lead, coach, and mentor department leaders to ensure clear communication and consistent execution of business priorities.
• Facilitate regular leadership meetings (e.g., Level 10 Meetings) to maintain focus on strategic initiatives.
• Resolve team conflicts and ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Financial Oversight
• Collaborate with finance teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial goals.
• Ensure resources are allocated appropriately to achieve strategic and operational objectives.

Problem-Solving & Risk Management
• Identify and address operational bottlenecks and challenges proactively.
• Implement processes to mitigate risks and ensure organizational stability.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations or strategic management, preferably in a fast-growing or entrepreneurial environment.
• Proven experience implementing frameworks such as EOS, OKRs, or Agile methodologies is a strong plus.
