ELITE RECRUITER – MANDARIN SPEAKER (Macau)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Develop and implement the company’s recruitment strategy, be able to communicate fluently in English and Chinese to ensure that recruitment activities are aligned with the company’s strategy.
2. Design and optimize the recruitment process to ensure efficient and high-quality recruitment activities.
3. Ensure the diversity of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, campus recruiting, etc., to attract talents at different levels and fields.
4. Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, employees, and external recruitment resources to enhance company’s reputation in the market.
5. Conduct the recruitment data compilation and analysis, and develop recruitment reports.
6. Assist in the interview communication and follow-up processes, and assist in the development and implementation od candidate assessment programs.
7. Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires and assist in the development and retention of top talent for the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Non-Chinese nationality, must be a local from Macau, fluent in Chinese and English.
2. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Human resources related majors.
3. At least 3 years of recruiting experience or headhunting experience.
4. Recruitment resources in Philippines/Thailand/Macau is an advantage.
