We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations and contribute to our ongoing success.
About the Role
As an E-commerce Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in managing our Amazon and Shopify store operations. We are looking for a proactive, dedicated, and committed individual who takes ownership of their work, is loyal, and has strong credibility. Key Responsibilities
Order Management:
- Monitor daily orders to ensure successful processing.
- Address payment and shipment issues (e.g., out-of-stock items, partial payments) with a problem-solving approach in collaboration with the customer service team.
- Ensure top customer satisfaction in alignment with business objectives.
Inventory & Shipment Management:
- Create shipments for customer orders and inventory replenishment, ensuring timely processing.
- Maintain accurate inventory records across all platforms.
Reporting:
- Update sales revenue reports from Shopify and Amazon for management review.
- Assist with other reports as required by management.
Brand Management:
- Ensure product listings across all platforms are accurate, updated, and issue-free.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any listing-related problems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Amazon or Shopify e-commerce operations (experience with US and EU markets is a plus).
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify admin interfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
