But we’re not looking for a regular VA. We need a fighter — someone who takes ownership, moves fast, solves problems before they happen, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do. You need to care about the business like it’s your own.

???? What you’ll do:
• Manage and optimize Upgrade to see actual info listings (titles, content, images, uploads)
• Monitor orders, stock, and price changes daily
• Fix issues like EAN/BSR errors or platform bugs
• Track reviews and coordinate with customer service
• Keep dashboards and Google Sheets updated
• Use tools like Canva and ChatGPT (we’ll train you if needed)

• Experience with marketplaces (Upgrade to see actual info, Amazon, etc.)
• You’re fast, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong English
• You work with structure and hit deadlines
• You think ahead and take action without needing permission
